He's sounds familiar because he's Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future, Addams Family, Angels in the Outfield, My Favorite Martian, etc). He's in a zillion movies! He was not Scar in Lion King, however, or Cat from Catdog. Scar's voice belongs to Jeremy Irons and Cat's voice belongs to Jim Cummings.
