No. The Writers (including Matt Groening) are on strike, and no script will be written for a while.
The people who voice characters on the show had a movie included in their contract in 2001. However, no additional movie has been mentioned in any later contracts.
But remember what Bart was writing on the board in the intro of the first episode of Season 19: "I Will Not Wait Another 20 Years for Another Movie."
They are planning on a sequel but it won't come out next year...
I love The Simpsons and I really loved the earlier season of the show. The movie was okay, I love how they satire Homer being in a theater watching Itchy and Scratchy and said why pay for something you can watch on TV!
