What's the most scariest movie you have ever seen?!
Question: the ONLY movie to creep me out in the past 20 years is Ringu - sadako coming out of the TV, she just moved in a very freaky way. Movies aren't scary any more, they are either funny (scream, final destination etc) or just torture porn (saw, texas chainsaw, hills have eyes)
If you want scary movies, then your best bet is Asian horror - at least they still have an original storyline or two to offer.

The movie "IT" based on the book of the same title by Stephen King. "SALEM'S LOT" , a made-for[TV movie based on another book of the same title also by Stephen King is so close as second place, it's downright scary!!
When I was 8 it was A Nightmare on Elm Street;
At 10 it was IT;
At 13 I was watching Scream and after Drew Barrymore's character was slaughtered - the phone rang!!
At 15 my TV screen went fuzzy and scared the living crap out of my friends and I when we were watching The Poltergeist!!
At 16 I was watching Scream 2 and some d**k that was a friend of my sister decided to pay a visit and rather than ring the door bell he decided to practically bash the door down!!!
See for me it's never really about the movie... it's what happens to me when I'm watching it!!
When I was about 12, The Thing scared the living daylights out of me...that was the original Thing...not the new one. I was too afraid to go outside at night for months alone.
I have seen the original movie several times now and wonder why it scared me so way back then. That was about 57 years ago.
