Are there any movies on mind reading?!

Question: i'm not looking for documentaries or horror movies, just a normal approach of this akward subject

Answers: i'm not looking for documentaries or horror movies, just a normal approach of this akward subject

I don't think that you are going to find movies about telepathy that don't step into the SF/fantasy/horror genres. I'm going to list a number of films, even if they might not be useful. People don't treat telepathy as a serious topic.
The Gift (2000)~This might come very close to a "normal approach".
Suspect Zero~This one focuses on something the U.S. government and others have been practicing: using psychics for distance work, from locating an individual to assassination attempts. As far back as the Seventies, reports of this have surfaced.
Night Has a Thousand Eyes (1948)
Don't Look Now (1973)
Solitaire for 2
Hearts in Atlantis
The Sender (1982)
The Clairvoyant (1982)
Dreamscape
Psychic Killer
The Shining (movie and TV miniseries)
The Haunting (1963)
Poltergeist 1-3
The Dead Zone (1983)
The Shadow (1994)
Murderous Vision (1991 TV movie)
Mind Over Murder (2006 TV movie)
Murder By Natural Causes (1979 TV movie)
Fear (1990)~Ally Sheedy is a psychic who is helping police track a serial killer who turns out to be not only psychic but also better at it than she is!
The Eyes of Laura Mars~The sudden development of a mental link with a serial killer brings her visions, meaning that she sees through this eyes as he kills.
X-Men trilogy
Scanners series
Village of the Damned (both versions)
Children of the Damned
The Legend of Hell House

Some have a combination of telepathy and clairvoyance; I've tried to list films featuring psychics only, but that is a tricky call. For example, Johnny in "The Dead Zone" touches people and sees visions; he combines telepathy and clairvoyance.

In "Nightmare Alley", Tyrone Power portrays a phony mentalist/spiritualist, not a psychic. The character is a con artist who gets a woman to teach him the act she did with her husband after the man dies; then, he drops her for another woman to use in the act. He has no abilities beyond scamming people.

"What Women Want"
Good luck

"What Women Want"

Mel Gibson gets the ability to hear women's thoughts. Funny and Romantic.

i recommend "Nightmare Alley",with Tyrone Power, and "The Night Has a Thousand Eyes",with Edward G. Robinson.these are two excellent '40's movies that hold up today.they are about the "business" of mind-reading,and how the mechanics of it work, and both suggest that there is a possibility of "true telepathy",but it's a power that's tough to harness, and may do more harm than good.search them out,you won't be sorry.
