Movies with drugs in them?!
Question: Do you think actors and actresses who are in drug movies actually doing drugs? Like Cheech and chong smoking marijuana, or in Blow and London where they snort cocaine?

Some do, some don't.
I know in the movie "Easy Rider" (1969) with Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper, the scene where they smoked marijuana and snorting cocaine were all real!
No obviously not, drugs are illegal.
Some of the actors may do drugs but the on camera stuff when they show them doing drugs are not real. If anything the marijuana but not the hard stuff.
Well I might agree with the Cheech and Chong smoking Marijuana. But I dont think the city you live in affects what drugs if any you would use. So just living in London wouldn't suddenly make me want to snort Cocaine. As for the celebrities it wouoldn't surprise me a bit if most of the actors in drug movies are doing some of the drugs. I mean who isn't on drugs anymore?
