Question: I have a few, but I'm not spilling right now. Tell me what it is, and why you like seeing a zillion times.

american beauty. i have watched it atleast 100 times. i like it because it is so much like life itself. the good times and the bad times, and the very strange times we all encounter in our lifes. i have alot of other movies i have watched alot but none of them are even close to american beauty.

Howl's Moving Castle. I love all Studio Ghibli films, and this one just hits me in the right place every time. Each time I've watched the film (around 30 times) I find something new, some symbol which I can think about in my life, be it the theme of the evils of waste, the terrors and uselessness of war, or the power of kindness over malice.

Little Rascals. It is so funny and very cute. :)

I have more than one, but my favorite is :The Terminator.
There are two special scenes that I love:

    1) When Reese and Sarah are alone together hiding out
in a motel, I think it's so romantic when Reese tells Sarah
that he came across time for her ~ and then they fall into
each others arms and make love, not realizing that it was
then that the great John Connor was being conceived.

    2) Reese carried a photo of Sarah that he got from John
Connor ~ and it was this photo that helped make Reese
fall in love with her before he even met her. Reese
told Sarah he always wondered who or what she was
thinking of when the snapshot was taken ... and at the
end of the movie when Sarah and her dog stop to
get gas, a little Mexican boy runs up to her with a Polaroid
camera and takes her picture ~ just as she is thinking
lovingly of the deceased Reese !!

I love the romantic irony !!

Hmmm, when are you going to tell us yours then?

Fried Green Tomatoes is a favourite, as is Beaches. Thereagain, I also like Jackass 1 & 2 and Dirty Sanchez The Movie. I have ecelectic tastes, I suppose.

As to why - the first one is a lesbian-flick, I'm a lesbian. The second is just a story about an incredibly powerful friendship.

The third and fourth are just laugh-fests for me.

few years back it was freaky friday because of its innocent and cute comedy. Now a days I like" just like heaven" from the same director. its again loveable.

lord of the rings and pirates of the caribbean...lotr because it amazes me, it's the movie that has began all these other directors/producers making fantasy movies and potc because i can't get enough of jack sparrow...captain jack sparrow
