What is Johnny Depp movie "Sweeny Todd" about?!

He opens a barber shop above Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pie Shop were she sells "the worst pies in London." "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" wasn't originally a musical. The first version~"Sweeney Todd" (1926 silent film) actually approached it comedically, a very early dark comedy.
The Tod Slaughter version (1936) is the one most film buffs are acquainted with, mainly because it's aired occasionally on television though it's been many years since I've seen it. At one time, Slaughter was one of the most popular actors in horror/suspense/thriller films.

Sweeney Todd is a fictional villain/antihero. A barber and an early example of a fictional serial killer, the character appears in various English language works starting in the mid-19th century. His weapon of choice is a straight razor, with which he cuts his victims' throats; in some versions of the story Mrs. Lovett, who is variously his lover, friend, and/or accomplice and who is variously Marjorie, Sarah, Nellie, Shirley or Claudette, bakes the corpses of his victims into meat pies. It's about a girl who goes on a website and asks dumb questions. It's pretty lame. It ends with the girl finally just looking it up in Google and getting real annoyed at this policeman, and yet, she thought his answer was pretty good, so she gave him a thumbs up and a 10 pt. bonus.
