Is 'Shrooms' Really that scary?!

Question: My friend saw the film at the cinema and she wants to make me see it with her, she's says it's incredibaly terrifying, and it takes a LOT to scare her. Should I risk seeing it - bearing in mind that I got freaked out by Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Final Destination.
