Umm no he didn't film them in a bad order. Thats like saying Pulp Fiction is bad because the movie jumps around in time periods.

Clone Wars is NOT Worth watching.

Okay onto the question XD
Order of release:
A New Hope (4)
Empire Strikes Back (5)
Return of the Jedi (6)
Phantom Menace (1)
Clone Wars (2)
Revenge of the Sith (3)

Watch them in the order they WERE meant to be watched. Starting with A New Hope and ending with Revenge of the Sith. More entertaining to watch them that way.

There were no remakes, and will never be any remakes as long as Geroge Lucas owns the rights to Star Wars. They will be starting on the 7th installment to the sage in 2012. The originals are perfect and don't need to be remade at all, nor do the new ones.

Listen to no site other then

George Lucas and another creator of Star Wars answer questions here and release info on Star Wars. Other sites just make up stuff.

How about first you wacth them in chronological order 123456... and then the order they came out. Star wars is amazing. You just need to understand all thats going on

I recommend watching them in the order they came out. That order is:
Star Wars: Episode IV, A New Hope
Star Wars: Episode V, Empire Strikes Back
Star Wars: Episode VI, Return of The Jedi
Star Wars: Episode I, The Phantom Menace
Star Wars: Episode II, Attack of The Clones
Star Wars: Episode III, Revenge of The Sith

There was also an animated tv series called "Clone Wars", which is worth watching.

And no, they never remade the fourth episode/film; in the 1990s Lucas re-edited the first three films, putting in things that he couldn't put in when he originally made them.

there was no re-makes... just sequals and prequals...

Episode Original release date
I The Phantom Menace- May 19, 1999
II Attack of the Clones- May 16, 2002
III Revenge of the Sith- May 19, 2005
IV A New Hope- May 25, 1977
V The Empire Strikes Back-May 21, 1980
VI Return of the Jedi May- 25, 1983

George Lucus is soon going to remake them in 3-D, starting w/ "A New Hope"

George Lucas filmed the trilogy in a bad order. He filmed:
Star Wars IV: A New Hope
Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back
Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi

.... first, then decided to film the beginning episodes:

Star Wars I: A Phantom Menace
Star Wars II: The Clone Wars
Star Wars III: Revenge of the Sith

I reccommend you to watch the Star Wars I, II, III first, then Star Wars IV, V, VI. That way, you'll understand the story line better.
