What's is a good way to become an actor?!

Question: Move to Hollywood and do auditions.

Answers: Move to Hollywood and do auditions.

Practice

Practice.Practice.Practice.

first, learn how to deceive people.

in other words, be good at lieing.

go to acting school or theatre

Start off by lying as much as possible, especially to people who know you well. If you get away with it, then you know you're a good actor. Then, you can check the newspaper and the internet for casting calls in your area. Or, if you're really serious you can get an agent who will stay on top of all that for you.

if you're in highschool devote some time to drama class. if you're in college or looking to go to college take part in acting classes or go to a performing arts school. getting yourself out there to auditions also makes a difference. taking a chance is better than watching your hopes of becoming an actor pass you by.
Much luck to you!

I'm in the same boat right now. I want to become an actress. The thing is, you have to know people. And I don't just mean any walking on the street. You have to know people who make movies or who are in movies. You should try looking up auditions for certain things. And if you want to do it, Go For It! I wish you luck doing what you want to do.

Believe me, You'll need it...

get involved! youll need to start small, like community theatres, christmas shows, talent shows, etc. don't be discouraged if you only get chorus parts at first.

soon the small show directors will start recognizing you and they'll become familliar with you, start to like you and see you improve, and they'll cast you for bigger roles. once you've built up a nice small resume, and even during the building process, try to go to casting calls for plays, musicals, and movies. take acting lessons and also, voice and dance lessons would be very helpful as well. many actors need to know how to do other things.

small steps! good luck!

Practice a lot! Then try things like small street plays or being an extra on a movie. When you think you are ready audition for a movie, you never know you might get in. Even if you don't keep trying! Best of luck.

learn to listen.

Build your resume with legitimate acting schools, a lot of theater, and some student films to build a reel. The more theater you have, the more impressive you will appear to the directors or producers.

Learn to be able to accept rejection, do not go to an audition drunk or high, accept that there will be only certain roles you can get. Add something to the script that the director never though of before. Come in as the role, not you.

Don't be friends with people who are trying for the same type of roles you are. They are now your enemies. You can get an agent through a referral through someone who is not your competition.

And for the love of God, which I hate when actors do this, do not drink the night before a shoot or audition. It messes up the actor's skin and brain. I can tell when they do that. And I have fired them off of the sets or refuse to rehire them.

Sell yourself, make fans and do drugs............

Errrrr, i don't think so. What is it with celebrities these days and why bother.
