Has any1 seen a really old film called the Bluebird of Happiness? Does any1 know!

"The Blue Bird" was released a year after "The Wizard of Oz", and it has an opening sequence that is b&w, with a change to Technicolor. "TWOZ", of course, begins and ends in sepia, not b&w.

"The Blue Bird" was remade in 1976 as an international production. The cast includes Patsy Kensit, Todd Lookinland, Cicely Tyson, Elizabeth Taylor, Jane Fonda , Ava Gardner, Robert Morley, Harry Andrews and Will Geer.

I haven't found a copy of this one yet; I believe it's fully a color production.
I haven't found a b&w version though, especially one titled "The Bluebird of Happiness".
You can buy it on www.amazon.com Its partial black and white partial color.....like the wizard of oz......in fact it was suppossed to compete with the wizard of oz but was not considered a very good movie. I really liked it, however
never seen the film but you could maybe find it on ebay or play.com
