DVD movie problem with different languages at the same time?!


Question: I have bought a copy of a movie i liked but when i played it both spanish/french and english voices were speaking at the same time? how can i solve this? can this be solved? i just want to hear the english voices. there are no subtitles either.

play it in a dvd player, if still the same problem then return it, it is a legal copy, right? or if you dont have a dvd player play it in winamp not windows media player.

Are the languages happping at the same time (overlapping)?
You might try going into the language selection in the main menu.

My suggestions for resolving this problem, assuming it's a *legal* copy - if not then you're on your own!
Try the disk in at least one other DVD player, and also in a PC with DVD-playing software. If it does the same thing then it's most likely a faulty disk, in which case perhaps you can get it replaced or get your money refunded.
However if the other players and/or the PC play it OK, then it's likely a problem with your DVD player - in which case you may need to have the player repaired/replaced? Is it an old player?
