For the most part, the director kept very well to the book. However, I liked Stephen King's version of the ending much better than the movies. Only because Stephen King's book leaves room for interpretation and the movie's version is either they die or don't die.
It has Thomas Jane in it. How can that ever be a disappointment. ;-)
I really can't tell you if the movie is good, i have not seen it either. but i can't wait until it comes out on DVD. So far i have really liked all of the movies with Thomas Jane so i am hoping this will be a great movie.

No...I saw it. I really liked it...it's a Stephen King novel movie so be prepared for some twists and turns. Oh...and check out previews...one of the previews is of a movie called The Poughkeepsie Tapes...it's like a Blair Witch doc but about a real killer in Upstate NY who taped all his killings.
