If its the one I'm thinking of, where they try to make a warship invisible to radar in the 60s and a town in the 80s and they both disappear. then why not try your local video store and ask them where you can transfer it to DVD. If I am not mistaken I do believe that somewhere at home I have got it on VHS cassette. Recorded off the TV. Failing that Tesco or Amazon.com or even lovefilm. com.
I do remember the movie and I know it's on DVD here in the states but I don't know where to get in across the pond. If you do find it and like the movie don't forget that there is a sequel to the flick.
