Oh certainly! I don't remember Sorceror's Stone quite as well... But here are some I remember!
Azkaban
This one followed closest i think to the books!
1. Harry found out about Sirius wanting to kill him in a TOTAL different way!
2. Sirius breaking into Gryffendor tower after he found Neville's list of passwords. He was looking for Wormtail and Ron saw him holding a knife over his bed. Although this scene IS in the deleted scenes!
Goblet of Fire
1. Sirius staying right outside of Hogsmeade during the Triwizard Tournament in case Harry needed him.
2. Sirius staying with Harry (in his dog form) in the hospital wing after Harry went through the Voldemort ordeal. He slept at the end of his bed
3. Winky was totally left out.
4.Dobby told Harry about the Gillyweed. NOT Neville
5. The whole scene with the death eaters at the world cup. I think we should have seen Winky get caught with Harry's wand.
6. The Weasleys were NOT in the top section of the stadium at the world cup. They sat right IN FRONT OF the Malfoys
Order of the Phoenix
Where do I begin?
1- The Howler from Dumbledore to Petunia never came. "Remember my last!"
2- Harry, Ron, and Hermione don't run into Professor Lockhart or Neville in St. Mungo's when they are visiting Arthur Weasley after his snake attack
3- Sirius put up a HECK of a fight against Bellatrix and in the movie, she just... KILLS him
4- The fight between Dumbledore and Voldemort was toned down ALOT I thought
5- Dobby found the room of requirement. Not neville like in the movie
6- When Harry reverses the Legillemens on Snape and see's Snape's worst memory, Lilly isn't in it at all defending Snape
7- I REALLY wanted the part where McGonagall told Peeves how to unscrew the chandelier onto Umbridge to be there...
8- The Weasley twins saying "Give 'em hell for us Peeves!" And Peeves bowing

i got extremely pissed off that they left out winky in the 4th movie and that bellatrix killed sirius just like that, but really sirius battled her fair and square.
dobby was the one who discovered the room of requirement, not neville.

Nick's Deathday party in book 2.
They never take Nobert to the astronomy tower in the philosopher's stone movie
Professor Bins isn't in them at all
And from three on, they just shouldn't be watched, they screwed the books up so badly.
I dont like how houselves were left out of 3 and 4. Pretty much anything that was important in book 4 was left out of the movie. I was most disappointed in that one.
They took out the Quibbler in the order of the pheonix
oh i was so annoyed that the movie missed out so much from off the top of my head these are the ones i remember them missing out:
* dobby and winky not being in the movie
* dobby finding the room of requirement not neville
* cho's friend being the one that dobbed them all in not cho
* all the fight scenes in the ministry were wrong
* ron having jelly legs
* not having sirius mums screaming painting
* dumbledores exit from hogwarts was wrong
and many many other things
