I love them too. Especially Casablanca and My Fair Lady.

Anything with Fred Astaire or Jimmy Stewart. I love Jimmy Stewart in "Vivacious Lady" with Ginger Rogers, and I could watch Fred Astaire dance all day.

right here...I love some of those old one...most the time ..there better then the remake...12 angry men, Pocketful of miracles, Shane, To kill a mocking bird..oh man I could go on.....

I have a large collection.. What makes a movie a classic is not how old it is but rather how well it was made. Great love storys... Titanic"," Sleeping Dictionary", " Circle of Friends" and " The Notebook", just a few in recent years.

They're all I watch, the majority of all films I see today seem to be remakes so I watch the originals!

oh yeah

For some reason I started watching alot of older movies lately. By older I mean ones made before my time. AMC has been showing I guess what you would call "modern classics", so I've been watching alot of old Hitchcock, Westerns, Romances, and Comedies. Some of it was really refreshing and some of it surprisingly was before it's time. You'd be surprised to see how much of today's big blockbusters are based on movies and book written more than 40 years ago.
