Its called "scrooge" and it stars Albert Finney...I love that film , its so funny ! Alex Guinness is also in it and plays Jacob Marley!

It;s my fav Christmas story, too! Putonyou is correct, "Scrooge!" starring Albert Finney.
BTW "Mr Magoo's Christmas Carol " is also a musical and a pretty good one, too! It was a fav of mine as a boy, and I still like it!
