How can I put parts of a movie into my powerpoint representation?!
Question: I'm going to do a project about Pirates of Carribean, and I have the movie, how can select specific parts of it and put it in my presentation. If there is no possible way to do this, can you tell me how to cut videos from the internet and put them in my presentation.. I'm not a computer skilled person so you would get the best answer points if you give me details..,thank you!!

Set your slide up how you want it-title, etc, then choose Insert from the menu bar. Go to Movies and Sounds, then pick Movie from Clip Organizer or Movie from File, choose if you want it to start automatically or on mouse click and you should be good to go. Preview it by hitting f5 and see how it looks. You movie has to be in Windows Media Format (wmv extension) to work in powerpoint.
well it depends on what programs you have on your pc i dont beleive power point has a program that allows you to split parts up certain programs like i beleive it is called windows media or somthing like that has the ability but you just hav eto have certian programs sorry i cant help you any more than that
