Question: I saw it on television in the late 90s/early 2000s. I do not know if it was a made-for-tv movie or a cinema film shown on tv.
The plot was about a mother and her kids on the highway. Their breaks stopped working and it was a runaway cat zooming down the highway. Police and military tried in numerous attempts to stop the car and kept failing. Does anybody remember what this is?
