Alien Abduction?!
Question: Hi everyone, this is a long shot but here goes.
On sky/fi horror channel they were showing a true film about a family that were recording their thanksgiving meal & were abducted by aliens, the film was apparantly found in an empty house where this family lived, one of the family members died & her body never found & all the others were missing, the film was quite scary.
The whole film looked fake, the people were clearly acting so I was shouting fake fake fake throughout the whole film. At the end of it they showed family photos of the people that were missing & they looked nothing like the people in the film. They also had credits for the "aliens". Do you think they didn't show the actual video but a mock up?
It was really weird & would reconmend you watching it!
Also could you believe that something like this would really happen. Do you think the producers decided this would be a good laugh to make up a story?

yeah i have seen that movie the McPherson's it is a movie supposedly of what happen to the family on November 27 1997 but i google it and couldn't find any truth to it but it was still frigin freaky i think it was another blair witch project here is the link about the movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0142074/

I think aliens dont exist. but Many say they were abducted, and raped and sucked up off all of their sex juices...... Who knows
I would bet money that it was a fake and that it was all just made up. Sounds interesting though.

Or maybe it was a reenactment. Either way it is fake.
The TV video was portrayed by actors. Any fool could see that.
It was based on what was found on the actual original video - duh!
Dont really believe in aliens but i guess it would be interesting if they were, us humans being the only ones on this universe, would be a ns thing knowing that we are not the only one here.
But it will suck if they are "evil"....lol

maybe its supposed to be a true story with a reenactment. it sounds to me like someone killed a member of their family and is making up the alien thing trying to get an insanity plea.

I haven't seen it but I'd bet anything that the family were American!
these clip/films are always made with reconstructions...discovery and history channel do this a lot (though I haven't seen the film you mentioned) I would assume this is the same technique.. saving the 'original' footage for closer examination.
not all abductions (Betty 'n Barny) are forced abductions...some are willing participents (G.Adamski) and some are engineered into 'thinking' they are taken by aliens through hillucinations (old CIA mind control fear tactics)
no-one really knows the reality of it all (not even those involved in most cases) ..but the 'Alien' industry is worth a lot of money even if it is one big hoax.

all characters have actors credited in playing them.
said actors have rather extensive resumes of their acting work.
no documented case of a McPherson family turning up missing in Lake County.
the four aliens have actor credits.
in the scenes where the McPherson boys are running from aliens, the camera is tracking smoothly along the ground.
Will,I do not know if there is life on another plantet but i will not say no there is not an if there is we will know it in time it might be not in are life time but they will make a visit one day.
