Well I hear American Gangster and In To The wild are both really great, they are both based on true stories, they are both dramas, (not action or scary) The only comedy i can think that is out right now with good reviews is the santa claus with Vince Vaughn....and Vince is worth seeing alone....but dont tell your boyfriend i said that =o)
