Question: As the question,i know that the DVD will be realeased on Dec.26 in America,but i wanna know the time of its premiere,i mean the time you could watch in a cinema!

It was not released in theaters at all anywhere. It is what is called a Direct-to-DVD movie, or a DVD premeire movie. It is released straight on to home viewing format and is never shown in real theaters.
Studios do this for small, cheaply made movies that would not be worth the time and money (advertising, distribution, etc.) to release it in theaters, but is likely to turn a profit if released just on DVD.
The previous two American Pie movies (Band Camp and the Naked Mile) were also only released on DVD without ever showing in theaters like the original 3 American Pie films.
