Question: In the movie "Beyond borders" with Angelina JOlie and Clive Owen , I just wanted to know, at the end, did Angelina Jolie's character (Sarah) get killed by the land mine????? did she die??? maybe i was missing something?

SPOILER: In the last part of the film, Angelina Jolie travels to Chechnya where her star-crossed lover, Clive Owen is missing due to his involvement with a covert CIA operation. She has always been in love with him, despite the fact that she has been married to Linus Roache and has had two children in the 10 years she has known him. Eventually she finds him; he is being held hostage by the rebels. She helps him escape, and they almost reach the Red Cross station when she gets blown up by a land mine she steps on (dead). At the very end he visits her house in England, and looking at Sarah's little daughter playing the piano through the window, he realizes that she is his daughter.
