Question: There's no evidence that her son ever existed. I don't remember how everyone's memory was erased.
She eventually finds a man who's daughter was on the plane too, but he doesn't think his daughter ever existed until the woman comes along. He all the sudden remembers he had a daughter when the woman or him tears wallpaper off the wall and finds paintings on the wall by the little girl.

I can only think of two movies like that. The one is "Flight Plan" with Jodie Foster and the other is "The Forgotten" with Julianne Moore, I think it's that one.
