Question: How come when Davy Jones was captain of the flying dutchman, the crew were like crustacians. But why is it that when Will Turner became captain, everyone on the crew was normal?

The way I understood it was Davy Jones somehow didn't do what Calypso said he was supposed to do when she made him captain of the Dutchman and for that he was turned into a Monster. I also think it had something to do with his betrayal of her or vice verse and he became hardened and cold. That is just what I got out of the story. Didn't Davy Jones betray Calypso when he entrapped her in the human form? I think it was something to do with that.
I think it was becasue he was a new captain, and what was ode to Davey was gone and starts over for the new captain.
i think because they have been in the ship for awhile and they turned out to be crustaceans.. now that will turner becomes captain everything went back to fresh start and eventually they will get the crustaceans back into their body... probably another 100 yrs...
