That would ruin it for me. He is only sexy when he is playing parts like Pirates of the Caribbean. In real life I don't find him sexy at all. I can't even picture him in a musical.

Depp has continued to surprise me with his performance in roles. I didn't think he could pull off "The Libertine" considering the aging process on the character, but he did.
Sweeny Todd is one of my favorite musicals. I'm curious to see if he does the role justice. The character can certainly be played "sinister sexy", as many classic villains have been portrayed.
well if your a true fan of johnny depp you would know that he was in a band before acting and still is in a band he has also done a musical before he did 'cry baby' im majorly excited to see him do sweeney todd it looks fantastic
