Question: I hate that! Some movies the action scenes are waaay too loud and the scenes where there is only talking... you can't hear a word they say. I spend the whole movie increasing and decreasing the volume. I usually put on the subtitles and watch it with the volume somewhere in the middle.

OMg yes and it is anoying i mean u have to turn it up and when they r done talking and something scary pops and and screams it scares u cause its soo loud.and i have a very loud sound system

Because the surround sound is unbalanced and too loud with other noise. At home I am constantly ajusting it. At theaters you are stuck with how it's produced

It's really annoying how the sound constantly changes in a lot of movies - you can barely hear it, then it's way too loud.
