E.T. (I know, it wasn’t scary) I was about 6 or 7. When Eliot whips the corn open in the field and E.T. is standing there. I was in the theatre, sitting on top of the folding movie chairs since I was too small to see over the guy in front of me. I yelled at the top of my lungs, slid into the seat, forcing it open, my feet went sliding under the guys seat in front of me (still screaming mind you). This in turn made him scream like a girl (the guy looked like a wrestler) then the whole theatre was screaming and it wasn’t even all that scary a part. Needless to say I got mean stares from the crowd. Very traumatizing. I still have not watched the movie again to this day :P

The Wolfman. Watched this movie (it is an old movie now and in Black and White back then) late one night. Went to bed, went to sleep and had a nightmare. Heard the wolfman coming after me snapping, snarling and growling. Woke up, scared to death and could still hear him. Peeked out my window. There was a dog fight going on in my yard. TRUE STORY.

American Werewolf in London - Had to walk to and from the theater at night at the age of six

The Omen - Can't really remember why, it just did

The Shining - Naked rotting woman in the shower was both fascinating and horrifying as a young boy

Ghostbusters and the Wizard of Oz.

Indiana Jones - when the dude melted at the end, and the tarantulas.

The James Bond movie that the guy could chew through anything (named Jaws as well) with his teeth.

I saw it on TV when I was 5. I went to play at this girls house one day, and her Dad came home. He smiled at me and he had all gold teeth. I peed my pants on the spot and ran all the way home crrying.

Jaws made me scared to go in the ocean for a long time. I would even get paniced in a pool if I started thinking about the movie.

Jaws
Batman (1989 Version)-The Joker scared me to death
Child's Play--just the first one, now I think they're ridiculous
The Wizard of Oz--just the flying monkeys in the forest and maybe the talking trees

Raiders of the Lost Ark. It made me afraid of snakes permamentaly.

Child's Play.

Scared me so much, my mom had to quit her job.

the hunch back of Notre dome or what ever

and terminator 1

The Entity (with Barbara Hershey terrorized in her house-you never see what it is).
Creepshow (Thanks for the Ride, Lady.)
The Mortuary
Nightmare on Elm Street

i would have to say Leprachaun..that lil **** was scary when your a kid lol

I know I'll sound like a wussy for this because it's Disney. But when I was a kid the family would all get together to watch "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday evenings. Inevetably when Halloween came near they would always show the cartoon version of "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow". Now I wasn't a kid that scared easily, but that thing gave me nightmares every year. They really never showed exactly what the Headless Horseman did to old Ichabod Crane but my imagination filled in the blanks. Now that I think back it's one of the very few cartoons where the bad guy seems to win in the end. I was terrified he'd come for me.

Honorable mention goes to the Original "Children of the Corn". I never actually saw the movie until I was grown but just the commercial trailer gave me the Heebee Jeebies.
