Question: I am here with my family for the holidays, and we are reminiscing on old Christmas movies, and we are trying to find the name for this one particular movie.
all we remember about it is it starts off with and elf driving a snowflake and he ends up in this house decorated in Christmas decorations. and the elf has a funny name. its an older movie, but in color.

Three minutes after you posted this question, I read it and for the past hour I've been searching through every search engine I could find to figure out the tile of this movie. The other day I too was thinking about this movie and couldn't figure out the name of it, but it used to be a Christmas favorite of mine when I was 5 or 6 years old.
Anyway, after an hour I have finally found out what I think is the correct movie that we are both thinking of. Look it up if you need to but are you thinking of the movie Wee Sing's: The Best Christmas Ever? The name of the Elf on the snowflake sleigh is Poofer, I believe, if we are thinking of the same movie. Hope I've helped! Best of luck if I haven't.
