The article is for the new movie in which the character is introduced to the audience for the first time with actual lines. The youtube clip is of a character presumed to be lavender but never introduce to the camera. The fact is that it was only assumed that Lavender was black. Rowlings has come forward and said that nothing was ever written to that effect.
