sweeney, mrs lovewitt and the judge all died horrible deaths but very poetic ones...
the lovesick couple...i think they ran away to get married
the little boy left to live his life, and he killed sweeney todd (it was cool) because sweeney killed mrs lovewitt because she lied and said his wife had died, when she had only gone insane, and todd had unkowingly killed his wife
