Question: sci fi type movie... older (may have been in black and white???)
All that I can remember of it right now was that there was a ship that mysteriously disappeared and then years later showed back up - tragically the crew and the ship itself shared the same space... the men were imbedded in the ship that is.
Do you know what flick I'm trying to remember?
And why is it that I have a buzz in my head that it was based on a true story??

...willing to bet that you're talking about the 1984 sci-fi/thriller, "The Philadelphia Experiment", starring Michael Pare and Nancy Allen; supposedly, it IS based upon a real event, as far as the disappearance aspect of the story (...I'm more than a little dubious and skeptical about the cross-dimensional shifting part of the story, though)
