Did anyone notice the nitpick in "I Am Legend"?!
Question: On a sports report at the beginning, they said "Giants lose to the Patriots for 2nd time this season". I know it's stupid but do to the writers realize the Giants can't possibly play the Pats twice in the regular season because they are in different conferences?

That movie was chock full of so many plot holes that it doesn't surprise me that there are so many more that I didn't notice.

that makes perfect sense. it means they played in the regular season and then played in the superbowl. being in two different conferences gives them that ability.
Did you notice it's a movie set around 2012, it could've happened then due to events between now and then. You never know what the future may hold.
no...i didnt notice that. but in the beginning when hes walking around the city, hairspray is on broadway...in 2011.
saw the movie yesterday, but didn't pay attention to that part. even if i did, i wouldn't have known that.
did you know that the movie is set in the future, and they could possible be in the same conference then, or maybe they play all teams as many times as needed?
so who knows what the future holds.
Keep in mind this movie was made long before the writers knew the Pats would be 15-0. It wasn't meant to be a nitpick...I just think it was writers of Boston sticking it to New York.
I'm always noticing stuff like that in movies too, l.o.l. However, I didn't catch that one.
Well, I have one little nitpick for you. The virus hit in 2009, so it wouldn't be in 2011 that the change would be made, unless we're talking about the Dark Seeker Giants vs the Dark Seeker Patriots. Those infected guys look like they'd play a mean game of football though...
