Yes you can. A few years ago I took my sister who was 16 (I was 24) to see The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. At first they refused to let her see it but I explained that she was my sister and that since she was with me, I was her legal guardian. Besides, most people who work ticket counters are teenage kids anyway who will piss themselves during any kind of confrontation. So take your siblings to any movie you want.
