The most unnecessary sequel ever?!
Question: National treasure:Book of Secrets. The first one was bad enough- Indiana Jones, Tomb Raider and Sahara without excitement or a decent plot(don't even get me started on the acting particuliarly Diane Kruger). Your thoughts plz.

I agree with you on National Treasure 1, and don't understand why everyone liked it so much...
But the 2nd looks like something I might go see.
More pointless sequels:
Land Before Time 13 (no I'm not kidding unfortunately)
ALL of the the Airbud movies. (not even the 1st was good)
The Incredible Hulk 2 (not for sure on that one, but I've heard rumors, and am wondering, did they not learn from how bad the first was?)
Rambo 5 (but this one actually looks like a good action flick)
I totally disagree with the person who said POTC 2&3 were pointless. I think the director shouldve completely gotten rid of Will Turner, who is a pansy, and just made it about Elizabeth and Jack Sparrow.
And some of the straight to video sequels were good....
Mostly Disney does bad sequels though...

I'm always excited to watch the sequels but they don't match up Matrix springs to mind cracking first film and did enjoy the following two but should they have just kept it to a one off brillant film, same with most of the ones you've mentioned.

I hate Scary Movies' sequels and Saw's sequels.. badd horror sequels.
but I think nothing will beat Napoleon Dynamite 2 if they will ever make the sequel, LOL!
They should make "From Russia with Love" II - with Sean Connery again as he has grown old gracefully - so have I so I could play opposite him in the sequel!
