Is there anything wrong in watching porn?!

Question: yes, it effects the way you see life and sex. It gives you a false sense of reality. Porn is not how life is, or how a gang band or rape or SMBD any of it. It is acting.

Sex is not to be lived at this level for long or you loose you outlook on sexuality.

Pron is addictive for a man, I don't know for woman.

Like Jeff Foxworthy noted a few years back..."Men are thinking 'I'd like a beer, and I'd like to see something naked.'" I'd wager the second half of that statement is correct for women too, at least part of the time.
There's nothing inherently wrong with a consenting adult watching any one of the majority of sexual videos. I say the majority because there is a big difference between (for example) your average 'adult' [that is, a graphic depiction of adults engaged in a sexual act] film and CP [sexual acts involving prepubescent children] or snuff porn [sexual acts culminating in the death (simulated or actual) of one of the participants] films. Actually, adult films - watched as a couple - have been shown to enhance the sexual experience for both parties involved. The correct mindset - in both group and solitary viewing - is the mindset of the viewer. The viewer must realize that 'porn' is a highly stylized fiction, much like your favorite ninja movie, or - perhaps a more apt comparison - a Monty Python sketch. In other words, there are certain conventions that are being followed - either known or unbeknownst to the viewer - and it is highly unlikely that a person in a similar real-life scenario would act in anything remotely resembling a similar manner.
Which brings us, quite squarely, to the major complaint against adult films: that they depict women as little more than sex-starved pieces of eye-candy. Which, in all honesty, is probably a correct assessment for the genre as a whole; but no more valid as a criticism than the 'damsel in distress' depictions of women in fairy tails. In fact, I lay that entire mess at the feet of the "Moral Majority", who fought to have any depictions of sex labeled obscene (and thus not protected as free speech by the Constitution), forcing adult filmmakers to shoehorn in something of "literary or scientific merit" between sex scenes. Thus from what could have been a simple celebration of both sex and the beauty of the human form is birthed the literary marvels of transparent plots and parody scripts; and a society where sex is verbotten while murder is fodder for prime-time drama.
This, of course, says nothing of the conditions under which 'porn' is produced, nor of the welfare of the actors/actresses involved. This is a totally unrelated subject; and can be avoided altogether in two ways. First, research the working conditions and pay scales for different studios and production companies; and hit them in the pocketbook. The second is to make your own at home. With an easy-to-use digital camcorders selling for less than $100, a tripod and a willing partner are all you need to make a home video for you and your partner to enjoy together.
That said - just like any activity which causes the body to release hormones (endorphine, adrenaline, etc) - viewing adult films can become an addiction. When is enough too much? Just like any other addictive behavior (drinking, gambling, extreme sports), when the pursuit of the activity becomes a detriment to your everyday life [work, relationships, etc], it is a problem.
