It's a famous Eleanor Roosevelt quote. But I can't place the movie. Maybe it was from the movie Kart Racer (2003). Here's the story line: Fourteen-year-old Watts still hasn't gotten over the death of his mother, which has left him estranged from his father. The boy competes in go-cart races, and he desperately wants his dad, an ex-go-cart champion, to support him in his pursuit of a racing title. When the green flag drops, both father and son are drawn together by their competitive natures.
