The Green Mile: great story, great acting

Green mile, I just love the story

The Shawshank Redemption. I like the ending best.

Shawshank Redemption.

It's a serious departure from most of the King movies, but it definitely stands on it's own as a great film.

Second place is "IT", but that's more properly a mini-series and not a movie.

Misery.... Stephen King at his best...

The best were The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Stand By Me, The Shining, The Dead Zone, Carrie and Misery. The Stand and It were good made for TV productions. That's quite a resume right there. (Of course, there are some real lousy ones too).

Rose Red

The Shawshank Redemption gets my vote.
