A score is one written music piece for the film. An example is, Lord Of The Rings. That movie's music(score) is all originally written for that film to coincide with the scenes.

It has no background music.

Nothing to hum on the way home

I think they might be referring to the musical score. That would be the only thing I could think of.

No music in it.

It has no music in it.

A score is the musical pieces you hear playing in the background at any time and during the credits.

Very unusually it would have no incidental music,,

Well it should mean that it had no music. Having never seen the film I wouldn't know but isn't it a musical? Perhaps some of the contributors to Wikipedia have a wicked sense of humour.

The score usually means the music (e.g. theme tune), so no score probably means that the film didnt have a piece of music specifically written for it.

A score is original music written specifically for a movie.

no music

Yeah, no music written especially for the film.

Stunning, huh? I've been hearing about that film all my life and only made it about halfway through. I could not stand to listen to Woody Allen whine one more minute.

IF YOU ENJOYED the film that all what matters <<take care happy new year <<sue
