I'm not really sure which, but It's either going to be the song Called "Autobots", "Optimus", "Bumblebee", Or "No Sacrifice, No Victory". I think It's probably "No Sacrifice, No Victory" Or "Autobots", but I would go onto the Itunes Store, and listen to the 30 second clips, and figure it out from there. (All of these songs are instrumental orchestra songs, and are written by Steve Jablonsky)
Or, You could go onto the Itunes store, Type in "Transformers The Score", and listen to the song clips. You could probably find it from there too.
No, It isn't the song by Linkin Park, "What I've done." I promise you that. "What I've done" is played at the end of the movie, When Optimus is talking about finding a new home on Earth.

The song is called Autobots and it's the first track on the film score album, composed by Steve Jablonksy. This album is not to be confused with the "Music From and Inspired by the Motion Picture" album, which consists mainly of trashy rock songs, most of which weren't even in the movie.
If you want Autobots, you'll probably have to either buy or download the album. It's excellent though, and every single track is worth the price of the whole album by itself. I've played it at least 200 times since I bought it and it never gets boring.
