There was supposed to be a direct to DVD movie called Clerks: Sell Out that was supposed to come out this year, but it has since been placed in legal limbo. It was supposed to be a movie sequel to the cancelled Clerks the Animated Series that was cancelled in 2001 starring Dante, Randall, Jay and Silent Bob.
Kevin Smith has said that he has been comtemplating a Clerks 3 because of the success that he had with Clerks 2. He said that Clerks 3 would feature Dante and Randall still running the Quick Stop in their forties. Smith also said that it would be sad to see Jay and Silent Bob still hanging outside the Quick Stop, but I can't imagine that he would make Clerks 3 without them as well.
The last time he said that he was finished making movies featuring Jay and Silent Bob was after Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. Obviously he went on to make Clerks 2 a few years later, so I'm thinking that he won't be able to stay away from his prized characters.

There's always the remote possibility of them showing up in another View Askewniverse film, but, right now, it's not likely. I don't blame Kevin Smith for not wanting to be stuck with d*** and fart jokes made by Jay and Silent Bob for the rest of his life, and I'm looking forward to his two upcoming films (one of which is a horror movie).
