Yup. It was better than I thought it would be but I still prefer 28 DAYS LATER which has the same type of premise
I have, and i didn't read the book but it didn't disappoint me.
I understand why people enjoy books so much and never want them to create movies based off them, but they did. Look at the movie as a movie. The acting was great in it, the effects were real good and when you see a movie with only 2 characters in the whole thing and you don't want to stab the person's face, that's a decent job. Will Smith did amazing in that movie, it's worth going and seeing, but look at it as a movie.

It's done about $150 million in ticket sales so far, so you may be the only one who hasn't seen it. It was good, but if it had stuck more to the book, it would have been a lot better.
If you have not seen it, keep it that way. I walked out after 30 minutes, it was a crap movie, the BOOKis a brilliant piece of work, and I went hoping it would be a good interpretation of the book but it was not. I was so disappointed, especially in the choice of the will smith alongside with the usage of the reggae music. Go and read the book and you will not disappointed. The ones saying it was good are those who have not read the book or even knew it was a book.
The reason it made so much money is that people wanted to see if it would do the book any justice - - and if you want to get a grasp of its influence and the quality of it, I will use as an example Stephen King, he said it was the single book that moved him to want to write horror, period.
Yeah i have, i think it's awsome with the virus, the creatures and all of that, it could be better but it's awsome anyway!!!!

and scary at some points cause like you dont know if something is going to jump out or what.

I seen it the day it came out and i loved it. It is a really good movie. Worth the money and time to go see it.
