he was 30 nearly 31 and he looked like he was 20 nearly 21 his voice started change in 1992 i even saw a moustache on him he was going throught puberty in that film he must of had growth hormone treatment at the time this is true does anyone else think so because i do i have seen that film once

So he' s youthful looking. So was Dick Clark. So are plenty of other people. But he's certainly aged now - did you see him on "Entourage"? He doesn't have any medical condition aside from boyishness.
Most likely, he's just got a healthy measure of the Fountain of Youth in his gene pool where aging is concerned, so it's NOT a medical condition. Some folks are just lucky!
