Question: in the 1984 flim karate kid he was 22 nearly 23 and he looked like he was 15 nearly 16
because his voice didn't break yet in karate kid 3 he was 27 nearly 28 he looked like he was 17 nearly 18 in the 1992 my cousin vinny
he was 30 nearly 31 and he looked like he was 20 nearly 21 his voice started to change in 1992 i even saw a moustache on him he was going throught puberty in that film he must of had growth hormone treatment at the time this is true does anyone else think so because i do i have seen that film once

im sure hes was sad in the past because
he looked like teenager into his late twenties he must have even sadder when
was in when looked like a kid in his late teen it must have been a horrible experince for him hes got kallmann syndrome

I agree with Paula A. I grew up in the 80's and was a huge fan of his and never did I once read or hear about him having this kallmann syndrome. He is just one of those lucky people who look young throughout most of their life. I am almost 40....ppl guess me to be 25 and I certainly do not have kallmann syndrome or any other illness. I think you might be a little confused. I think Ralph Macchio played a kid in a movie who aged too quickly.
Ralph has been married to the same woman for 20 years and has two kids. He is still involved in the business but is more behind the scenes.
