Ninja movie from the 80's? Title?!
Question: As far as I remember there were 2 ninjas, one dressed in a typical black outfit, and the other one dressed totally in white. One of them had a Japanese son of about 9 years old, very skilled in martial arts, of course. There's also a blonde girl who tries to help the kid after his father had been kidnapped, and by the end of the movie both ninjas have a fight on the top of a building. When the movie begins one of the ninjas sneaks in the same building, and starts killing everyone using ninja stars.

...you're talking about the action-packed 1983 ninja flick, "Revenge of the Ninja"; it starred the great Sho Kosugi, who is actually skilled in the masterful art of ninjitsu. His son, Kane Kosugi, also starred in the film as, what else...his son!!! This was one of the few Cannon Films produced 'ninja' movies, which have made their way to DVD (...the others being the first two "American Ninja" films)...
Sho Kosugi did three 'ninja' films for Cannon, in the '80's; they were "Enter the Ninja", "Revenge of the Ninja" and "Ninja III: The Domination"...
...oh, and I don't mean to be nit-picky or anything, but it was the first film, "Enter the Ninja", where the opposing ninjas wore opposing black and white colors; in "Revenge of the Ninja", the ninjas, at the end of the movie, were in black, though the bad guy DID wear a sinister-looking silver mask under his cowl....and had a flamethrower up his sleeve, no less!!!
