A Clockwork Orange. That movie was downright disturbing.
eraserhead by david lynch is mental! you dont know what is goin on until the end when you kind of have a vague sense of what has gone on. but its quite slow paced. david lynch is amazing tho, he also did twin peaks and mullholland drive and they are both brilliant too.

Any early John Waters Movie (Female Trouble, Pink Flamingos, etc.) can leave you with a changed sense of reality as they are twisted in a different way.

I can't remember the names of the ones I've seen, I never can.. but Grindhouse is obv good, and Cabaret Balkan is a great one that not many people know about. It has subtitles, it's a collection of short stories, watch it for something totally different.
