Those are all great but, I had 3 different tapes of this one movie and I watched them soo much, I literally wore them out every time and that movie was~

I also enjoyed the Brat Pack movies... I was so happy that Molly Ringwald was popular... Up until then I was a freak for having red hair.

This still touches hearts~no pun intended, and the music is remarkable. It makes us laugh, cry, laugh again then cry once more, and it's a completely joyful and enjoyable movie, even with that naughty word from Elliott!
My personal favorite, whether it's suitable for family or not, is "Dragonslayer", with the most amazing dragon in cinematic history: Vermithrax pejorative!

My favorite all time movie is from the 80s, Stand By Me but that isn't really a family/kids movie.
