Some dont think it's illegal, I guess
Music and movies are copyrighted and if they were free it would kill the industry and no new ones would ever be made. An argument is that any song can be fofund on YouTube, but the convenience of having it with you in the car on something is lost without actually buying the song....or being illegal.
