Question: This is one of my child hood memories, and i cant think of the name of this movie, all i remember is little kids in the movie, its a big house, there is a hole in the backyard in the end of the movie and they read the bible over it and close the hole by throwing the bible in, but the creatures in the movie are like gremlins and they are tiny but can join together and form a huge creature gremlin, and i remember the boy stabs his hand i think his palm has a eyeball in it, and he shoots a toy rocket into the huge creature

It's 1987's "The Gate" starring Stephen Dorff.

I could be wrong, but I think it's critters. If not, maybe ghoulies, another classic.

I've watched this film so many times that any small part of that question would have enabled me to guess the answer, which I'm sure others already have. But, since I know this one, I'll go ahead and leave my usual share of information that I do each of the five times I've responded to like questions. A lot of people recall quite a bit about this movie but don't recall the name.
By the way, there's a sequel: "Gate II: Trespassers" (1992). It stars Louis Tripp but isn't as good though it does take us into another dimension.
