your best bet is go to drama school and take it from there you can do drama part/full time if you do it part time then you can also do something else just in case it doesn't workout . your mum should really be encouraging you to follow your drams you only get one life. good luck

nowadays, just about anything will make you famous.
Work on being the best performer that you can, get involved in any school activity that you can to better your talent, and prove to her that you have the talent and the drive to be undeniable.

I myself have never really felt the urge to be famous but the best advice I can give you is to take advantage of every drama or stage production you can, or if it's singing, choirs or vocal ensembles, whatever it is that you love to do, stick to it and participate in as many oppurtunities that you are offered. Hey, if you love it enough, stay active in it for as long as you can, and never give up, anything's possible! GOOD LUCK!
